The Swann House building is a historic mansion originally built in 1883 and recently renovated in 2023, that boasts both a beautiful event space and a boutique hotel. The combination of the original building’s charm paired with modern design elements make this a one-of-a-kind venue that is perfect for intimate weddings, welcome parties, corporate receptions, and much more. 

The common space of the ground floor is perfect for hosting special events, and the Swann House also offers 8 beautiful, individually decorated guest rooms and plenty of gathering options (including a pool and outdoor terrace) for guests.
